SAVE SEPTEMBER 8, 2012 FOR THE 8TH ANNUAL HOEDOWN FOR HABITAT! The Events Committee is busy preparing a fun-filled event for your late summer (or is it) early fall evening. The usual no-host bar will be followed by a scrumptious meal and great live entertainment. Of course, the raffle and silent auction will be back by popular demand! Once again, the HoeDown will be held in Murphys Park, Murphys, CA |

We are always looking for great company to team with to provide exciting and fun times to garner donations to Habitat. Your event can assist us in raising the funds needed to provide homes in Calaveras County. Activities can include raffles, motorcycle or car rallies, dinners, dances, raft trips, ski days, or any other fun filled day. And your company can get tax benefits for helping a non-profit such as Habitat.

Don Mitchell of West Point was the lucky winner of the Neighborhood Quilt Raffle held December 14, 2011 in San Andreas. Don was immediately contacted and was thrilled to learn he was the new owner of the handmade quilt. CONGRATULATIONS to Don, and a big THANK YOU to everyone who purchased a raffle ticket. The raffle raised $800 for habitat which will be used to help in our continued efforts to build affordable homes. |
