HOME REPAIR PROGRAM
We help people repair and maintain their homes, fulfilling the Habitat for Humanity mission to provide decent, affordable housing for low-income homeowners while improving neighborhoods and property values.
Program Eligibility
To be eligible for the Home Repair Program, applicants must:

Reside in Calaveras County.

Own and live in the home to be repaired.

Own the land the home sits on.
-
Meet income-eligible requirements.
-
Intend to live in the house for at least 3 years after the repair.

Verified employment, income, credit worthiness.

Undergo criminal and sexual offender background checks.
